My first consultation with Sabeen was a few months ago. I was there consult her on how to improve on my health and mainly how to maintain my weight in a balanced way. Sabeen’s advice has helped me to sufficiently understand how to balance things day after day. I’m a working woman and there are days when things become so hectic that I forget how to balance my diet. Sabeen’s advice on what to eat and most importantly when to eat it helped me drastically. Her advice was so simple that I was able to enjoy most of the foods while keeping my health at check. These 21 days were very valuable to me in reviving and refocusing my meditation practice. These days gave structure , purpose and direction which was missing . While earlier I was simply emptying my mind during mediation, the 21 days first prepared the fertile soil of the mind and then injected it with seeds of positive thought resulting in a favourable state of mind that will lead to similar outcomes.
